My career runs from the fab floor through manufacturing systems into enterprise software. I started as an MES end user, then moved into configuring and supporting the systems behind manufacturing execution.
Today I lead execution across concurrent enterprise software upgrade initiatives for a global semiconductor manufacturer. I bring project-management structure to readiness, dependencies, risk, decisions, and deployment sequencing while coordinating across Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Product Management, partners, and customer IT. None of them report to me.

From the fab floor to global technical delivery and project leadership.
Started in semiconductor manufacturing operations and progressed to Senior Technician, Control Systems Management, supporting MES and control systems for fab operations. Selected for a five-month on-site assignment supporting Intel’s Fab 68 startup in Dalian, China, configuring MES automation end to end and mentoring local engineering and technician teams.
Recruited by Applied Materials in 2022 to return to enterprise software.
Since January 2026, I have led execution across a peak portfolio of four concurrent enterprise software upgrade initiatives for a global semiconductor manufacturer operating 15 fabs across the US and Asia. I authored the 31-item readiness framework spanning seven technical domains and 25 blocking requirements, I am the Applied owner on five of six joint sign-off conditions required before kickoff, and I chair the weekly Applied E3 Change Control Board with 30 to 35 cross-functional stakeholders.
Earlier in my Applied tenure, I was the primary technical contact for Applied E3 across 10 fabs in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, working directly with customer engineering and IT stakeholders through technical delivery.
